You can find us at Office No-205 in the Master Mind 4 building. That is inside the Royal Palms area in Goregaon. Dholera Property Wala Pvt. Ltd. is our name, and we spend most of our time here dealing with all sorts of property matters. Royal Palms is a pretty well-known spot, though it can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. Our office isn't huge, but it's where we get everything done. Goregaon is a busy place for property, and things move fast. We try to keep up with what’s available and who is looking to buy. Some days are just filled with phone calls and checking maps. We aren't the type to use a lot of big words or fancy marketing. We just talk to people plainly about what they can afford and what is on the market. Being in Master Mind 4 means we are surrounded by other businesses, but we mostly just stick to our own tasks. It’s a lot of manual work, looking at files and driving out to see sites when we need to. People stop by when they are in the area. We’ve been in Goregaon for a bit now, so we have a decent handle on how things work around here.
