Dhawal

Dhawal is situated in the Indraprastha Building on the first floor. The address says Santacruz West and Pimple Bridge, plus Pimple Saudagar, which are the names we look for around here. It’s a fairly standard building, and being on the first floor means we don't have to wait for the lift most of the time, we just take the stairs instead. The office itself is quite plain. We have the usual desks, some old computers, and a few chairs for guests who come in. There’s a window that looks out towards the bridge area, and you can see the cars and bikes constantly moving past. It gets a bit noisy if we leave the window open during the day, so we mostly keep it shut and let the fans run to stay cool. We’ve been operating out of this Indraprastha building space for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The morning starts with clearing off the fine dust that seems to settle on everything overnight. We make some tea and then get started on whatever tasks are on the list for the day. It’s a small team here at Dhawal, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the door or sorting out the files in the cabinets. The building has a lot of other offices too, so there’s always someone in the hallway. It’s a very normal, local spot for us to run things without any unnecessary flash or noise. We just come in, do the work, and go home when the day is done.
