You’ll find our office at 18 Kandivali East Cross Road. We are right by Bpc V Mall and not too far from the Saidham Mandir. It’s a good spot because there’s always something happening around the mall. Dhanlaxmi Housing Agency has been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the area around the Cross Road become much busier over the years. We spend a lot of our time in the office, but we also step out quite a bit to look at properties around Kandivali East. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some fans going to keep the heat away and a few old cabinets for all the files we keep. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We’re usually just in our regular clothes, dealing with the daily grind of real estate. Having the Saidham Mandir nearby means there are often people walking past, and sometimes they just pop in to ask a quick question about a flat they saw. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being in a good location and knowing the local streets well. It’s a bit hectic sometimes with the mall traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We just do our work and help out where we can. Most people just walk in off the street.
