Devbhumi Estates

You can find us at Devbhumi Estates on the 4th floor of the building at 43/240 Cannon Road in Vastrapur. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but the view of the street from up here isn't too bad. We deal with properties around this part of Vastrapur, mostly helping people find a place to live or a small office to start their own business. The office is pretty simple—just a few chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of files piled up. Real estate in this area can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and the changing prices, so we spend most of our time on the phone or out meeting people at different sites. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know which lanes get flooded when it rains and where the quiet spots are. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We just sit down with people, show them some photos or maps, and talk about what might work for them. Cannon Road is always busy, so it's nice to have this space on the 4th floor where it's a little quieter. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of agents.
