Dev Investments

Dev Investments is located over at Manu Gomes Chawl in Malad West. We are at number 15, which is quite close to the S K Patil Hospital. It is a very busy area, especially with all the hospital traffic and people moving around nearby. Our office is small. It is really just a single room with a few plastic chairs and a wooden table where we keep the main computer. We handle investment stuff, mostly for local people who stop by while they are out. We are not like those big banks in the city with the shiny glass walls. This is just a plain, honest space where we talk about money and where it might be good to put it. We have been here long enough that the neighbors know us. Sometimes people just drop in to say hello or ask a quick question while they are running their daily errands. It gets a bit hot in the room during the afternoons, so we usually keep the windows wide open. You can hear the street noise and the kids playing outside in the lane. We like the vibe of the chawl. It feels real. We do not use a lot of fancy financial talk because it usually just confuses people. We explain things as they are. There is no hidden stuff. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and tea stains. That is just our way.
