Design Point

Our place is located in the Vikas Building, specifically in Unit 7 and 8. If you know Goregaon West, you know how the Link Road can get during the evening rush. We are just off that main road, tucked away near Garden Estate. It is a busy pocket of Mumbai. Inside the units, things are often a bit cluttered with whatever projects we are currently working on. There is usually some noise coming from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We have been in this building for a bit and have seen different neighbors come and go. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some equipment, and a lot of papers scattered around. We usually drink a lot of tea while we try to figure out the day's tasks. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we would like. It is a practical space for what we do. We don't spend much time worrying about how the walls look or if the furniture matches. As long as we have enough light to see and space to work, we are okay. Working in Goregaon West means there is always somewhere to grab a quick snack nearby. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work that never seems to end. We have been doing this a long time now.
