Delta Realty

Delta Realty is based out of Shop No. 4 in the B-6 building of Vrindavan Vaishali. It is right there in Vaishali Nagar, Jogeshwari West. It is a lively neighborhood with a lot of families and small shops. We have been here long enough to know most of the people on our street by name. The shop is not very big, but it is enough for us to manage the property listings we have. Jogeshwari is a place that never really stops, so there is always someone looking for a room or trying to sell an old flat. We spend a lot of time walking between the different buildings in Vrindavan Vaishali and the surrounding blocks. Our work is pretty basic. We listen to what someone needs and then we look through our records to see if anything matches. There is no magic to it. Sometimes we do not have what someone wants, and we just tell them that. It saves everyone a lot of trouble and time. The walls of the office could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to get around to it. We keep things moving and try to make sure the paperwork is done correctly so there are no surprises later on for the buyers or the sellers. It is a local life here and we are just part of the mix in Vaishali Nagar. We usually stay open until the shops around us close up.
