Deepashree Kale

I am Deepashree and I do most of my work from the Hitendra building on Dattapada Road in Borivali East. Sometimes I also have to go over to Walkeshwar for various tasks. My setup is very simple and I don't have a big corporate office. It is just a room where I can sit quietly and focus on the things I need to get done. Dattapada Road is a very busy street, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic in the background. I have lived and worked in Borivali for many years, so the noise doesn't really bother me anymore. I handle everything myself, from the initial calls to the final bits of paperwork. It can be a lot of responsibility, but I like knowing exactly what is going on with every part of my work. I don't have any employees or a big team helping me out. Most of the people I work for found me through friends or family. I don't spend any time on marketing or trying to look like a bigger business than I am. I just try to be practical and get the job done properly. Some days are very long and I end up working late into the night, but that is just how it goes sometimes. I am happy with my small workspace and the steady pace of my life.
