We are over at Shop No 3 in the Vrindavan Building. If you know where Shubham Hall is in Vile Parle West, we are just right there. Deepak started this quite some time ago because people always needed help figuring out where to stay or where to put a shop. It’s not a big fancy office with carpets and expensive coffee. We mostly just sit here, answer the phone, and talk to people who walk in. Dealing with property in Mumbai is always a bit of a headache, so we try to make the paperwork side of things less of a mess. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but it’s a good spot. We know the neighbors and the local buildings around here pretty well. Most of our day is spent checking on listings or making sure the keys are where they should be. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us. If you need to find a place or want to move out of one, we can probably help you out. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. Some new buildings go up, old ones stay the same. We just keep doing what we do. It’s steady work. Stop by if you’re near the hall and need a hand with something. We are usually around during normal hours, unless we're out showing a flat. It’s a simple way to work but it seems to get the job done for most of the folks we meet.
