You can find us at Green Park, right opposite Hotel Leela on Church Road, off Andheri-Kurla Road in Andheri (East). We call the firm Deepak Mehta Architect. Our office is in a very busy part of Andheri, so there is always a lot going on outside. Inside, it’s just a standard workspace where we handle our daily design tasks. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass partitions or a reception area. It’s a bit more old-school, with desks pushed together and shelves overflowing with project binders. We’ve been here for quite some time now. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a professional script. If you call, you'll just get one of us. We are usually busy with a drawing or on a call with a site supervisor. The office is often a bit cluttered with material samples and blueprints, but we know where everything is. We don’t really care about looking fancy or having a high-end office. We just need a practical space where we can focus on the technical details of our projects. It’s a very grounded, hands-on environment. We take the work seriously but we don’t feel the need to put on a show for anyone. It’s just how we operate. We keep our heads down and get the plans finished so things can move forward on the site.
