We are based out of the Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West, specifically at number 1. It's a very lively neighborhood, and there is always something happening right outside the door. I’ve been working as a consultant here for quite a few years now. People mostly come to me when they are feeling a bit confused about buying or selling a flat or a shop around here. The market in Andheri is always moving so fast, so it keeps me on my toes. Since the office is at the very start of the complex, it’s easy to spot. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for my desk and a couple of chairs for whoever stops by. I like being here because I can walk to most of the buildings I’m talking about with clients. I grew up nearby, so I know which buildings have good water and which ones have parking issues. I don't use a lot of fancy words or those scripted sales pitches you hear in the city. I just tell people what I think based on what I’ve seen with my own eyes. It’s a lot of paperwork and constant phone calls, but I enjoy the talking part of it. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with old maps and files, but I know where everything is. People in Lokhandwala know me by name now, which is nice. It’s a local business through and through. I don't have a big team, just me and a few friends.
