Deepa

The shop, Deepa, is located in the A Wing on the 5th floor of Benzer Apart. This is over in Andheri West, right on the 132 Ft Ring Road in the Satellite area. We are quite near Lokhandwala Market, which most people around here know well. Since we are up on the 5th floor, it is a bit different from a street shop. You have to take the lift up to see us. We have been operating from this apartment building for a while now. It is a more personal setup than a big store. We handle our business from here, surrounded by the usual things you’d find in a working office or studio. Sometimes the 132 Ft Ring Road gets really backed up with traffic, but it’s usually quieter once you get up to our floor. We spend our hours managing orders and looking over our stock. It’s a good location because we are close to the buzz of Lokhandwala but tucked away enough to get work done. We don't have big signs or anything, just our name on the door. People who know us usually just call before they come up. It’s a bit of an informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the daily routine of the business in this part of Andheri. It's a nice space to work in, even if it's high up. We just take it one day at a time and keep things moving along.
