Dean Lazarus Guitar Classes

You can find us over on Gopi Tank Road, right off the Pune Satara Road. Dean Lazarus Guitar Classes is basically just a room filled with instruments and a few chairs. It’s not a fancy music school with soundproof booths or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down and play. We’ve been here at number 77 for a while now. The walls have a few posters on them, and there’s usually a guitar case or two lying around on the floor. We don't have a big reception area or a secretary. Usually, you just come in and we get started. We aren't trying to produce world-famous stars or anything. We just want people to enjoy playing music as much as we do. Some days the strings snap or someone forgets their pick, but we just deal with it. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere here. We don't follow a strict corporate curriculum. We just see what each person needs and go from there. The street outside can get a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but once we start playing, we don't really notice it much. We’ve met a lot of interesting people from all over Pune this way. It’s a good way to spend the day. We don't spend money on big advertisements. People usually just hear about us from their friends. It’s simple and it works for us.
