You can find us at 2 Andheri West, Jash Point in the Gul Apartment building. Deal Right Estate & Property Consultant is the name on the door, though most folks just call us Deal Right. Andheri West is a pretty hectic place to work, there’s always something happening outside. We’ve been based in this apartment building for a while now. It’s a small space, filled with files and some old chairs. We mostly focus on the apartments and shops around this part of Andheri. It’s a mix of people looking for fancy places and others just needing a decent room. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just talk to people. A lot of our business comes from folks who live in the neighborhood and know us. Sometimes we’re out all day showing flats, and other times we’re just sitting here catching up on the phone. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about real estate in Mumbai. There’s a lot of walking up stairs and waiting for people who are running late. But it’s what we do. If you’re near Jash Point, you can stop by. We usually have a better idea of what’s actually available than the websites do. It's just easier to talk in person. We try to be honest about the places we show, even if the walls need a bit of paint or the lift is slow.
