You can find Dave Estate over at 75/D in the Kamdhenu Shopping Centre in Andheri West. Being in a shopping center means it is always busy around here with people coming and going. Andheri West is a fast-paced part of Mumbai, and we’ve been right in the middle of it for quite some time. We deal with all sorts of properties, mostly flats for rent or sale in the nearby buildings. Our office is small and tucked away, but it’s a good spot to sit and chat about the local market. We don't have a big team or any fancy technology. It’s mostly just us, a couple of desks, and a lot of keys for different properties. People stop by while they are out doing their shopping to ask what’s available. We know which buildings have good water supply and which ones have parking issues. That’s the kind of local knowledge people actually want. We don't bother with those big advertising boards. Most of our clients come back to us or send their relatives when they need a place. It can get a bit loud in the mall, especially on weekends, but that’s just life in Andheri. We try to make the process of finding a home a bit less stressful for people. We don't use corporate talk; we just tell you what the rent is and what the landlord is like. It is a simple way of doing business in a very busy city.
