Dara Estate

Dara Estate is located over at Shop No 11 on Plot No 17 in Andheri East. We’re quite close to the Gurdwara, which makes for a nice, recognizable spot in such a busy part of the city. Our shop isn't very big, but it’s where we’ve been doing business for quite a few years now. Andheri is a fast-paced place, and the property market here reflects that. Things come and go pretty quickly, so we try to stay on top of what’s actually available. We don’t go in for fancy slogans or slick advertising. We just prefer to talk to people directly and find out what they need. Whether it’s a small office or a flat for a family, we use our local connections to see what we can find. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the building owners and the history of many of these plots. Sometimes we’re out of the office for a couple of hours showing properties, but we’re usually around to answer questions. We handle the paperwork and the registration stuff so that people don’t have to get stressed about it. It’s a straightforward business, and we like it that way. No big corporate layers, just us helping neighbors and newcomers find a place to settle down in this corner of Andheri East.
