Dakshin Coastal

We are tucked away in Andheri East. Dakshin Coastal has been around for some time now. Being in Andheri East means we are right near all the industrial areas and offices. It’s a very practical location. We don't have a big fancy entrance. It’s just a door that leads you into our place. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen or getting the dining area ready. We do things in a very straightforward way. There isn't any big hierarchy here. If something needs to be cleaned, whoever is closest does it. We get a lot of people coming in for lunch. They are usually looking for a quick meal before they have to head back to work. It can get pretty loud when the room is full. We try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long. Sometimes the delivery guys are late because of the traffic on the main road, which is always a struggle in Andheri. We just deal with it. It’s part of the job. We enjoy being here because the place is always moving. Even on slow days, there is plenty to do to keep us busy. We don't really talk about ourselves much. We just show up and do the work every day. That’s how we’ve always done it at Dakshin Coastal. It's just a regular business in a busy part of the city, and that suits us just fine.
