Our shop is number 5 in the Golden Palace building over in Akur, Kandivali East. We are situated near Appa Balwant Chowk, which is a place most people around here know pretty well. Dahleez Property Consultant started out small and we’ve stayed that way because it works for us. We mostly deal with the residential side of things in this part of Kandivali. The shop isn't anything too flashy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders filled with property details. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking to see different flats. It’s a fast-paced area and things tend to move quickly once they hit the market. We try to keep track of who is moving out and who is looking to move in. It’s mostly about knowing the local buildings and the people who manage them. We don't have a massive marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people walking in or calling us up after seeing our shop in Golden Palace. We know the traffic patterns and which buildings have the best water supply, which are the things people actually care about. If you need someone to help you navigate the local rental market or find a place to buy, we are usually around from morning until evening. It’s simple work, but we take it seriously and try to be helpful to everyone who stops by.
