Top View Real Estate Consultant is based at C/5 in the Palan Sojpal Building. We are right in Dadar West, very close to Antonia D'Silva School. During the day, you can hear the sounds from the school, which makes the area feel very alive. Dadar is a place that never really stops, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. Our office is just a regular room on the ground floor. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big team of agents. It’s just a few of us here. We spend a lot of time dealing with the specific challenges of property in Dadar, where space is always tight. We know the old buildings in this area and the newer projects too. People usually find us by word of mouth or just because they’ve seen us in the building for years. We don't try to sound like big experts. We just give the facts about the places we show. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with all the files and maps we have to keep, but we know our way around. It’s a very local way of doing business. We are usually here from morning until the evening, talking to owners and looking at documents. It’s a lot of manual work and walking around, but we like being in Dadar West. It has a lot of heart, and we are happy to be working here.
