We are based at 7 Amarkunj Building in Dadar West, right across from the Axis Bank. It’s a very recognizable landmark, so people rarely get lost trying to find us. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle real estate deals every day. Since we are in Dadar, things move pretty fast and the streets are always full of people. We’ve got a ground-floor spot that makes it easy for clients to pop in and ask a quick question about a listing. The office doesn't have any of those modern glass walls or expensive art; it’s just a practical workspace with old desks and a lot of paper. We spend our time talking to landlords and looking for decent places for people to stay. It’s a lot of legwork, literally, as we are often walking from one building to the next in the heat. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a place has a leaky pipe or noisy neighbors, we’ll probably mention it. We think it’s better that way. Our small team has been around for years, so we’ve seen the prices go up and down more times than we can count. We aren't some big agency with a call center. When you call us, you get one of us directly on our mobile. It’s just how we prefer to run our business and it seems to work.
