Mauli Estate Agency has its office in Dadar West, inside the Gorde Building. Our address is 22068, and we are right across from the State Bank of India. If you know Dadar, you know it is always crowded and noisy, but that is part of why we like being here. There is always someone walking by or looking for a place to rent. Our office is a bit on the older side, but it does what we need it to do. We have got plenty of old files and some chairs for when people stop by to chat about property. We don't do much with fancy technology. Most of our work is just talking to people face-to-face or on the phone. Being right opposite the bank makes it very easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from this part of town. Dadar West is a great location for an estate agency because people are always moving in and out of the city. We know the local landlords and we know which buildings have issues and which ones don't. It is a lot of running around and showing apartments in the heat. Sometimes it is tiring, but we have been doing it for so long that it is just second nature now. We don't have any flashy slogans. We just know the streets around here and we help people find what they need.
