Our place, Ideera-Giving Design To Your Ideas, is at A-601 Sai Raj Dham on Ram Maruti Road in Dadar West. Dadar is always full of energy and noise, which we kind of like. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a design studio, but don't expect anything too fancy. We have our computers, some big tables for sketching, and way too many pens scattered around. The name came from the idea of taking what’s in someone’s head and putting it on paper or a screen. We spend a lot of time just talking to people about what they want. Sometimes they don't really know, so we have to figure it out together. The light in Dadar West is nice in the mornings, but the traffic downstairs never seems to stop. We get a lot of local clients who just want something simple that looks right. We try not to overcomplicate things. If a design works, it works. We’ve had late nights where we’re just sitting here with the window open, listening to the city while we finish a project. It’s a bit of a climb to get to the sixth floor if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. But we like the spot. It feels like home to us now after all these years. We just keep our heads down and keep drawing and designing.
