Dharamshi Estate Agent

We are located at Room No 10 on the 1st floor of the Sherif building in Dadar West. It is a bit of an older building, but it has a lot of character. We are right opposite the Oriental Commercial Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us. Dharamshi Estate Agent is a small operation. We have been working out of this room for many years. Dadar West is always buzzing with people, especially being so close to the bank and the market areas. The office itself is quite cozy, maybe a bit too cozy when we have more than three people visiting at once. We keep a lot of records in big ledgers and some on the computer. It is mostly about rentals and buying old flats in the Dadar area. Sometimes the building elevator is a bit cranky, so we just walk up to the first floor. It is good exercise. We know the other tenants in Sherif and it feels like a little family. We don't do much in the way of big ads. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign from the street or their uncle told them about us. We spend our mornings checking the local listings and our afternoons meeting with landlords. It is a steady routine that we have followed for a long time. Dadar is a heart of the city and we feel lucky to have a small corner here to do our work.
