Our agency is located at Shop No 2/B in Dadar West. We are right next to the Samarth Ram Temple, which is a very easy way to find us. Interestingly, we share the space or are right by Darshika Garments. It’s a busy little corner of Dadar. The smell of incense from the temple and the sound of the bells are just part of our daily routine. We don't have a lot of space, but we make it work. Most of the day is spent talking to people about local shops and apartments. Dadar West is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We aren't some big firm with shiny brochures. Most of our information is just kept in notebooks or on a simple computer. We know the landlords in this area because we’ve lived here ourselves. When someone comes in looking for a place, we just tell them what’s available and what the situation is with the water or the neighbors. It’s a very direct way of doing things. Sometimes we get shoppers from the garment side asking about flats, and sometimes it’s the other way around. It’s a bit of a mix, but it keeps things interesting. We’ve been at this spot for years and the temple next door is a constant reminder of the community we serve. We just keep doing our thing, one day at a time, right here in Shop 2/B.
