Arihant Estate

We are located at Shop No 3 in the Sita Smruti Building. If you know the area in Dadar West, we are right opposite the Khangke Building No 3. It is a small shop but it gets the job done. We have been working in real estate around here for some time now. Dadar is a very crowded place, so finding a good spot for a home or a business can be a real headache for people. We try to make it a bit simpler by keeping a list of what is available in the local buildings. We spend a lot of time talking to landlords and owners. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers and maps, but we know where everything is. We don't use a lot of fancy technology. Most of our work is done through talking and visiting the sites ourselves to make sure things are okay. People in the neighborhood know us by name, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Mumbai or anything like that. We just want to help the people who come into the shop find a decent place to live or work. It is a lot of walking back and forth between buildings, especially when the weather is hot. But that is just how the job is. We stay open most days and try to be helpful to whoever walks in through our door.
