Safna Estate Agency is situated in Dadar East, and we also have a presence near the Khadobamal Industrial Estate on the Pune Nashik Road. Having roots in Dadar East is important to us because it’s such a central part of the city. It’s always busy, always moving. Then we have the other side of things near the industrial estate, which is a bit different. That area is more about warehouses and bigger spaces. We spend our time going back and forth between these spots. Dadar is where we handle a lot of the residential stuff. It’s a neighborhood with a lot of history and old buildings mixed with some new ones. We know the landlords around here and the people who have lived here for generations. Dealing with the industrial side near the Pune Nashik Road requires a different kind of focus. There’s a lot more talk about floor space and truck access there. It keeps the job interesting because no two days are really the same. We don't have a big corporate office with fancy coffee machines. We usually just grab a tea from the stall nearby. Our team is small, mostly family and a few others who have been with us a long time. We just try to be helpful and get the paperwork signed without too many mistakes. It’s honest work and it keeps us moving across the roads between Dadar and the industrial estate all week.
