Our office is Shop No A 2 in the Maharashtra Seva Sangh Building. We are right next to Sapna Bazar. If you know the area, you know Sapna Bazar is always humming with people, so it’s a very lively spot to be. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. It’s a well-known local landmark, which helps people find us. The office is small, just enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We handle real estate work at D V Bhanushali Real Estate, mainly focusing on the surrounding neighborhood. It’s a lot of talking to owners and looking at different properties. We don't have a big corporate setup or a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we know about the local market. Sometimes the noise from the market spills into the office, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend our days making calls and meeting people who want to move into the area. It’s a lot of paperwork, and our desks usually show it. We aren't interested in being the most famous agency; we just want to help our neighbors find what they need. We usually have a pot of tea going and the door is often open. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place. If you're doing your shopping at Sapna Bazar, you can easily just pop in and see what we have available. We are generally here from ten in the morning until late in the evening.
