Our little spot is at 130 Kandivali West. It’s not a fancy building, just a regular place where we get our industrial work done. We’ve seen Kandivali change quite a bit since we first opened the doors. Now there are more shops and more people, but we’re still here doing the same thing. We deal with industrial supplies and parts that factories need. The space is mostly filled with metal shelves and heavy boxes. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. It’s a bit dusty because of the items we stock, but we try to sweep it out every morning. Sometimes customers stop by just to chat for a bit while they wait for their orders. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just tell people what we have and what it costs. It’s a small team of us, and we’ve worked together for years. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard, so we usually keep the shutters halfway down to stay cool. We aren't trying to grow into some huge company. We just want to do our job well and keep our regular customers happy. It’s a simple life here in the west. We close up around six and head home like everyone else. It’s just a normal business in a normal neighborhood doing normal work.
