Cushman Wakefield

We are located at House No 409 in Section 20 of Nerul. If you are looking for Cushman Wakefield, just look for the Hanuman Mandir; we are right opposite that. Being in New Mumbai is a bit different than being in the middle of the city. It feels a bit more open here, though Section 20 still gets pretty busy. Our office is actually in a house, which gives it a much more relaxed feeling than a standard office block. We don't have those gray cubicles or fluorescent lights that hurt your eyes. It’s more like working from a home that just happens to be a business. We have desks set up in the different rooms, and we use the kitchen for our lunch breaks. Having the temple right across the street is nice; you can hear the bells sometimes, and it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules about how to dress or how to sit. We just get the work done. The house number 409 is easy to spot once you get onto the right street. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors all know us. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We handle our real estate and consulting work from here, mostly just sitting around the big table we have in the main room. It’s practical and it works for us. That is just how we do things.
