Cushman & Wakefield India P Ltd is on the first floor of Mafatlal House, located near the Padm Church Gate and right behind K C College. This part of town is always full of students and office workers rushing around. Our office is in a pretty solid, older building that has a lot of history to it. We deal with property and buildings mostly, so being in a place like this makes sense. It is not a huge office, but we have enough space for our desks and a small table for meetings. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking on different sites across the city. The windows look out towards the college area, so there is always something to see. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s a nice enough area. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some charts and a clock that’s usually a few minutes fast. Most of the time it’s just the sound of people talking on phones or the hum of the computers. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a flashy setup. We just want to get our reports done and help people figure out their real estate needs. It’s a steady job in a busy part of the city.
