Cruz Music Classes

So, Cruz Music Classes is located right by Majura Gate in the Girgaon area. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you know your way around building 623. We’ve got instruments tucked into every single corner here because there isn't a lot of extra space for storage. It is mostly just about the music and helping local people learn how to play something they enjoy. Whether it is a guitar or just learning some basic notes, we keep things very simple and down to earth. It's not like one of those big fancy music academies you see in the malls. It’s just a room where we sit down together and go over songs until they finally sound right. The walls are a bit thin, so you can always hear someone practicing a scale in the next room while you work. It can get a little noisy during the late afternoons when the kids come by after their school finishes for the day. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting lounge for parents. People just come in, take their spot, and start playing. Girgaon is a busy neighborhood, so there is always noise from the street coming through the open windows too. We have been at this spot for a bit and the locals know us. It is just a place for people who actually want to sit down and put in the work.
