You can find us at Shop No 1 in the Satnam Apartment building. We are right in the heart of Thakur Village in Kandivali West. A good way to find us is to look for the Asian Bakery, since we are very close to them. The smell of fresh bread often wafts into our shop in the mornings, which is a nice way to start the day. Being an estate agency in a place like Thakur Village means we stay pretty busy. There are always people moving in or out, and we are the ones who help them navigate the process. The shop itself is small and packed with papers and maps of the local area. We’ve lived and worked around Kandivali for a long time, so we know which buildings have good water supply and which ones are a bit noisy. We don't do the big corporate talk. We prefer just sitting down with a client and talking about what they actually need. Sometimes a deal takes a week, and sometimes it takes months, but we just keep at it.
