We are located over in Malwani at the Kharodi Green Park area. The office is at number 203 in Royal Heritage. It’s a pretty standard building. Most of our time isn't actually spent inside the office though. We are usually out and about looking at different flats or shops. Real estate involves a lot of walking around and checking the plumbing or the walls. People call us up when they need a place to stay or if they have a shop they want to rent out. We mostly deal with the corporate side of things, but it’s still just regular property work at the end of the day. There’s a lot of paperwork with the government and the banks. It can be a headache sometimes. We keep our files in the cabinet back at 203. It’s not a big team here. Just a few of us who know the area well. The traffic around here can be a bit much in the evenings, so we try to do our site visits early. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get fixed. We just help people find what they are looking for without making it too complicated. It’s mostly about knowing who is moving where. We don't have a big sign or anything. People mostly find us by word of mouth or seeing the address.
