Concorde Designs Pvt. Ltd.

This branch of Concorde Designs Pvt. Ltd. is over in Matunga. Specifically, we are at A/23 in the Matunga New Police Quarters. It’s on Flank Road, near Kings Circle. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a design office, but it’s where we’ve been for years. Matunga has a very specific feel to it, very different from the rest of Mumbai. It’s a bit quieter here, with more trees around the quarters. The building is a standard government-style structure, nothing fancy at all. Inside, we’ve converted the space into a functional work area. We’ve got our computers set up and a table where we can look at drawings. Since we’re near Kings Circle, there’s always good food nearby, which is a big plus for the team. We don’t really have clients coming in for big presentations; most of our work is done through emails and phone calls. The office can get a bit stuffy in the summer, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our work properly and go home to our families. The 400 019 area is home to us. It’s a place where things move a bit slower than the city center, and we like that pace. Most people here have been working together for a long time, so we know each other's habits well.
