Concept Architect

Our office, Concept Architect, is in room 202 of Rasila Apartment. We are on Tejpal Scheme Road Number 5, right in Vile Parle East, Mumbai. Living and working in Mumbai means everything is a bit tight and fast-paced, but we have found a good rhythm here in 400057. The apartment building is not anything fancy, just a regular place where we can keep our files and drafting tools. We spend a lot of time talking to people about what they want to do with their spaces. Vile Parle is a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside the window. Inside, it is usually quiet except for the sound of clicking mice and the occasional printer running. We do not have a big corporate mission or a shiny lobby. It is just a workspace for people who like to build things. We handle the local regulations and the technical drawings without making a big deal out of it. Most of our visitors are just neighbors or local business owners who need some help with a renovation or a new plan. We try to be helpful and stay honest about what can be done. It is a small operation, but it keeps us busy every day of the week. That is how we like it, just doing the work and staying part of the local scene without any extra fuss.
