Commercial Deals Real Estate

We are located inside Evershine Mall, specifically at unit Gr-15. Being in Malad West, especially near Mindspace on the New Link Road, means there is always something going on. The mall is a busy place, and being on the ground floor means we get a lot of foot traffic. Commercial Deals Real Estate is just a small shop compared to the big retail outlets nearby, but we have enough space for a couple of desks and a place for people to sit. The air conditioning in the mall is a relief during the hot months. Most of the time, we are busy looking at commercial spaces for people who want to start their own shops or offices in this part of Mumbai. The New Link Road is always packed with cars, so we hear the honking even from inside. It’s a fast-paced environment here. We have a lot of maps and listings stuck to the walls or kept in stacks on our desks. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s just a practical office in a very busy shopping mall. We spend our days answering calls and taking people around to see different units. Sometimes we grab a coffee from one of the stalls in the mall while we wait for a client to show up. It’s a good spot to be if you want to be in the middle of all the action in Malad.
