Our Mumbai location for Colliers International is situated in the Parel Bhoiwada area. We are in the Balaji Chs Ltd building on Turner Hill Road, Mumbai 400012. Living and working in Mumbai means you are always in the middle of everything, and Parel is definitely no exception. Turner Hill Road can be a bit of a squeeze when the delivery trucks are parked along the side, but that is just life in this city. Balaji Chs is a sturdy old building that has seen plenty of years. We are on one of the floors there, keeping busy with our daily tasks. It is not one of those new glass towers you see popping up everywhere; it has more character than that. The Bhoiwada neighborhood is always full of life, with tea stalls and small shops right around every corner. Sometimes the noise from the street drifts up, but you get used to it after a while. It actually makes the place feel more alive. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that—you just walk in and find us. It is a very practical setup that works for what we need. Getting here by train or bus is usually the best bet because parking on Turner Hill Road is basically impossible most days. We have been here long enough that the local shopkeepers recognize us, which gives it a nice community feel even in a city as big as Mumbai. It is a simple place to get work done.
