Classic Real Estate

We have been here in Malad East for quite a while now. Our office is right next to the shopping centre, so it gets pretty busy around here in the evenings. Most days it is just us sitting at our desks dealing with paperwork and answering the phone when people call about flats or shops. It isn't a very big place, just a standard room with some chairs and a couple of computers that sometimes run slow. We usually have the door open to let some air in, though the noise from the street can get a bit loud during rush hour. Most of the people who stop by are locals from the neighborhood. We keep our files in these old metal cabinets that have been here since we first opened. It is a simple setup. We drink a lot of tea while looking at property listings. Sometimes the shopping centre parking gets crowded and people end up blocking our entrance, which is annoying but we manage. There is always someone around to talk to if you walk in. We do not really do fancy meetings or anything like that. We just sit down and talk about what is available in the area. Malad has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen shops come and go right outside our window. It is a decent spot to work from. We just focus on what needs to be done each day and try to keep things organized despite the stacks of paper.
