Classic Properties

Classic Properties has been sitting here at number 34 in Bandra West for years. It’s an old building, and you can tell by the way the floorboards creak when you walk in. We like the character of it, though. Bandra West is a fast place, everyone is always rushing somewhere, but inside our office, things move a bit slower. We have a few mismatched chairs for people to sit on while we talk. The walls are covered in some old photos and a calendar from three years ago that nobody ever took down. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing. Most of the time, it’s just me and a couple of others trying to figure out which key goes to which door. We lose track of them sometimes. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The tea stall right outside number 34 is where we get our energy from. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the locals. That’s how we find out what’s actually happening with the properties around here. You won't find us wearing suits unless there’s a really big reason for it. Usually, it’s just jeans and shirts. We handle the paperwork, deal with the landlords, and try to make sure nobody gets a headache from all the rules. It’s a simple way of working, and it seems to fit us just fine.
