Classic Fine Dine

It's busy here in Andheri East. We are at Shop No 12 in Benazir Welfare Society. People usually find us easily because we're right near the Seven Hills Hospital at the Marol Military Road Junction. It gets quite crowded on this corner, but we've been here for a while now. The staff mostly knows the regulars who come by. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure the tables are clean. It's not a fancy place with lots of decorations, but it works for a quick meal or a family dinner. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but that's just Mumbai life. We open up early and stay till late. It's just us running the show here, trying to keep things steady. If you're walking past the junction, you'll see our sign. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth mostly brings people in. The kitchen stays busy, especially during lunch hours when the office crowd from nearby buildings comes over. We just try to serve what people like. Nothing too complicated. Most days are pretty much the same, just keeping the stove going and making sure everyone gets their plate on time. It's a simple setup at Shop 12. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we're still right here on the corner, serving anyone who walks in.
