We are located at number 13 on the 2nd Main road in Dahisar, specifically in Phase IV within the Chintamani Building. It is a quiet enough residential pocket compared to the main highway, which is nice when you are trying to talk to people about houses and rentals. The building itself is easy to spot once you get into the lane. Our office is a modest room where we keep all our property listings and area maps. We spend a lot of our time walking around the neighborhood to look at new flats or meeting with owners who want to put their place up for rent. The Chintamani Building has been our base for a while, and we know most of the neighbors and shopkeepers around here by name. There is no big staff, just a couple of us who know the Dahisar streets inside out. We have a lot of keys hanging on the wall and a big table where we sit down to go over lease agreements. It is honest work, helping people find a place to stay or a small shop to start their own business. The light in the office is a bit dim in the evenings, but we stay late most days because that is when people are free to visit. It is just a local business trying to keep things simple for everyone involved.
