City Estate Consultant

Our office is located in the Embassy Building, specifically at 4 Andheri West, Sector 34 C. We’re quite close to the Lokhandwala Market, so the whole area is always buzzing with people shopping, eating, and walking around. City Estate Consultant is basically a small team that helps people navigate the local property market without too much trouble. We aren't fancy consultants who show up in suits and ties every day. Most of the time we’re just in our normal clothes, dealing with the latest property listings that come across our desks. The office has several large windows, so we get to see all the street life happening down below. We spend most of our time talking to landlords and looking for decent spots for our clients to move into. It’s a lot of physical legwork. Sometimes we’re stuck in the office for the whole day doing data entry or filing, which is the less exciting part of the job. But we really like the variety of the work. One day we might be looking at a new high-rise and the next day we’re checking out a small shop in a side alley. We try to be very practical and tell people the plain truth about the places we see. There is no sugar-coating things here. The Embassy Building is a solid, reliable place to work from. We’ve got our daily routine down, and the other people in the building are friendly. It’s just a regular local business.
