You can find us over at Ajay Mansion on the New Link Road. We’re right opposite the fish market, so you can imagine the smell and the crowd on some days. Being near the 16th B Main Bus Stand Road means there are always people rushing past our windows. We sell electrical stuff, from small wires to bigger components. The shop is at G3, and it’s usually full of boxes waiting to be unpacked. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two customers come in at once. We’ve been here for a while, watching the bus stand get busier every year. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a practical store where things are stacked wherever they fit. Sometimes we struggle to find a specific bulb, but we eventually get there. The staff here are just regular people from the neighborhood. We talk to the vendors from the fish market when they need a new light for their stalls. It’s a lively place to work, even if it gets a bit loud with the buses constantly pulling in. We don't do much advertising. People just know we are here because of the location. We open up early and close when the market starts to quiet down. It’s a lot of standing and reaching for things on high shelves. We just try to keep the lights on for everyone else in the area.
