City Choice Estate

We work out of Flat No 601 in the A Wing of the Accord building. It’s right here in the heart of Andheri West, very close to the Monsoon Chat Corner, which we always tell people to look for if they’re trying to find our entrance. City Choice Estate is a small operation, and we like it that way. Working from a flat instead of a storefront gives the office a bit more of a quiet and personal feel. We spend a huge chunk of our time looking at various properties around Andheri and talking to folks who are interested in moving into this part of the city. It involves a lot of phone calls and a lot of walking around the different blocks and neighborhoods. The office is usually a bit cluttered with folders, site maps, and various sets of keys for the places we manage. We try to keep our process as simple as we can. If someone wants to know the details about a flat or a commercial space, we just tell them exactly what we know. There’s no big sales pitch or polished marketing talk here. We know these local streets incredibly well because we’re out in them every single day. The building stays fairly busy with residents, but our floor is usually pretty calm. Sometimes we go down and grab a quick snack from the chat corner when the afternoon gets too hectic. It’s a basic setup, but it’s where we do our work.
