Our office for Chirag Realtors is at G/163 on the first floor of Madhuban CHS. We are in Andheri West, specifically near Indian Oil Nagar. It is a nice residential area and being on the first floor makes it easy for people to find us without having to go too far up. We have been in Madhuban CHS for a while and we have a good relationship with the neighbors. The office itself is quite modest. We have a few desks and a place for people to sit and chat. It is not a high-tech setup. We mostly use regular notebooks and a couple of computers to keep things running. Andheri West is always a bit of a scramble, but our corner near Indian Oil Nagar is slightly more settled. We spend our days dealing with all kinds of realtor tasks. Sometimes it is very busy and other times it is quiet enough to catch up on the filing. We do not have any big slogans or goals. We just want to do our job and help people find what they need. There is usually a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table. It is a very relaxed environment to work in. We like being part of this community and seeing the same faces every day. It feels like a very natural way to work without any extra stress. We just get on with it.
