Chintamani Properties

At Chintamani Properties, we are situated right at 1 Prabhadevi on Sayani Road. Our office is in Salamat Mansion. If you know where Ravindra Natya Mandir is, then you know exactly where we are because we are directly opposite it. It's a good landmark to have since the road can get crowded. The building, Salamat Mansion, has been here for a long time. It has that old Mumbai character that you don't see much in the new high-rises. We like it here. There is always something happening outside because of the theater. People are always coming and going. Inside our office, things are pretty straightforward. We have our files, some chairs for people to sit, and a couple of fans going. We deal with property stuff every day. It's a lot of talking to people and checking out different sites. Sometimes we are out of the office more than we are in it. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us. We’ve known the people in Prabhadevi for years. Sayani Road is a familiar place for us. We just keep doing what we do at Chintamani Properties without making a big fuss about it. If someone needs help with a place, they come in and talk to us. We give them the information we have and that’s that.
