You can find us in B Wing of Building No 7 in Andheri East. We work out of a flat here, and it is right across from where the old Fantasy Land used to be. Chinky Pinky Estate Consultancy might have a funny name, but we take our work quite seriously. Andheri is a massive place and finding a good flat can be a nightmare for anyone. We try to help out by keeping track of what is vacant in the nearby buildings. Our office is just a regular room with some chairs and a big table covered in maps and lease agreements. The traffic on the road outside is almost always heavy, so we usually suggest people come by on their two-wheelers. We spend a lot of time talking to society watchmen and managers to get the latest news on who is moving. It’s a lot of legwork, going from one building to another, checking the condition of the walls and the plumbing before we show it to anyone. We aren't some big agency with a fleet of cars. Most of the time, we are just walking around the local lanes. We handle the rental papers and the police verification stuff which is a lot of work but it has to be done. It’s a busy life here in Andheri East, and we’re just glad to have a steady place to work from in Building No 7. We've seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years and we know the shortcuts.
