Chinese & Thai Cuisine

We are based in Dadar East at Parmar Park 1. It is a small kitchen where we focus on making Chinese and Thai dishes for the local neighborhood. The woks are almost always hot and you can hear the flickering of the flames throughout the day. We use a lot of soy sauce, ginger, and chilies, so the air usually has a bit of a kick to it. Most of what we do is for people taking food home to their families, though we have a couple of small tables if you want to eat right away. Dadar is a very crowded area and our spot is no different with people coming and going all the time. We try to keep our vegetable deliveries fresh every morning because it makes a difference in the stir-fry. The staff is just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know how to move around each other in the small kitchen without getting in the way. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients by the end of the night if it has been a busy Sunday. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the menu and some calendars. It is a practical place meant for cooking good food quickly. We enjoy the rush and the sound of the orders coming in over the phone. It is just our daily life here in Parmar Park and we like it.
