Chhaya Rakesh Sampat

I'm Chhaya Rakesh Sampat and I work out of Shivam Apartment on Bapat Marg. My place is up on the 4th floor, unit 402. It’s a decent building, nothing too flashy, but it works for what I do. Bapat Marg stays pretty busy most days of the week. Living and working in the same area means I know the neighbors and the local shops quite well. The walk up to the 4th floor is good exercise since I'm there every day. It's a simple setup in 402. I’ve got my desk and my files and everything stays organized enough for me to find what I need. Sometimes the apartment gets a bit warm in the afternoon sun, but that's just how it is. People often ask where Shivam Apartment is, and I just tell them it's right on the main stretch of the Marg. It's easy to spot once you get close. I don't really do the whole corporate office thing. This feels more personal and direct. It’s just me handling things from here. The morning commute is just a few steps, which is nice. Most of the time it’s just quiet work, maybe a few calls here and there. I like being tucked away on the 4th floor. It gives me a bit of space from the street noise below. It's just a regular spot where I manage my daily tasks and keep things moving without much fuss. I've been in this building for several years now.
