Chetan Laherchand Lodaya

I work out of room 606 on L.B.S Road, specifically in Sector 27 C at Neptune House. It is one of those tall buildings where you spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator in the morning. The office is pretty straightforward. I have a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of files that seem to grow every week. L.B.S Road is always moving, so there is a constant hum of vehicles in the background. Neptune House is a busy place with all kinds of different people coming and going. Sometimes I look out the window at the traffic and wonder where everyone is heading in such a hurry. My routine is mostly about handling paperwork and making sure everything is filed correctly. It is quiet work for the most part. I don’t have a big team or anything, just a simple space where I can focus. The air conditioning sometimes rattles a bit, but it keeps the room cool during the hot afternoons. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat at the desk. There are some good spots nearby to grab a quick snack if I forget my tiffin, but I usually just stick to the routine. People who need to see me usually call ahead because the security at the gate can be a bit strict about visitors. It is a solid, practical place to get work done.
